Ingredients:
- 100 g ground almonds
- 55 g soft dates (remove the seeds and soak them in water before use)
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter/other nut butter
- 2 tbsp Yes Superfood Chocolate Cookie Superfood Protein
- pinch of sea salt
- a splash of water (optional, depends on consistency)
- on the inside: halfed almonds
- decoration: finely chopped almonds
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor, and mix until you get an even consistency. (Only add water if the mixture is too thick, and the machine can’t mix it.)
- Make balls with wet hands, and press half an almond into the middle. Roll the balls in chopped almonds.
- Let the balls rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
