Blue Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 4 dl plant-based milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp Yes Superfood Blue Spirulina superfood powder
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, mix the pudding, and serve it in jars with fruits of your choice.
